Design Concept
Flatly and three-dimensionally symbolized ‘C’ is the representative initial of Cheongju,
and at the same time, act as the passage where the artists, visitors, citizens and art
communicate and empathize with each other. Also, it expresses creative ‘art tube’ that
embraces the time and space of art, and contains the Cheongju Museum of Art as an
open space, which is the ‘Cultural Playground’ space for the citizens.

Basic Signature
Basic Signature refers to the symbol mark,
which is the core element of Cheongju
Museum of Art, and logotype combined at
the top and bottom. It is used in consideration
of space and layout depending on the media
that it’s being used. Korean and English
signature system were developed to
fit the function and purpose, and Korean and
English combined version has the priority.
When using the signature, the ratio, spacing,
and size cannot be randomly changed.
