Cheongju Art Studio, which supports the creative activities of domestic and foreign artists, is holding a preview exhibition introducing the 15th-term artists-in-residence of 2021-2022.

18 artists actively involved in various visual arts fields such as painting, photography, installation, and media art will present their works. These works are expressed through serious

thinking and artistic experimentation on contemporary issues in this exhibition. ≪The Strange City, The Arrivals, The Narrative≫ is about the message that the artists who exist in close relationship with a specific place intend to impart, which means an encounter with the world through their eyes. The artists present serious questions about life faced by individuals, such as social structure, images of daily life, rearrangement of memories, and visual representation of dual elements through various formative languages.
